Sample inspection by our inspection department

Our inspection department carries out sample inspections.

Ask the team to confirm the applicable checks and acceptance criteria for your product before agreeing the inspection requirements.

Review the product in context

Look at the product, its intended orientation and its package together. Check what the buyer or end user sees first, how the product is placed and whether the packed form is understandable.

Track artwork and labeling as inputs

Keep artwork version, language, marks, instructions, warnings and retail information explicit. Do not infer legal or market claims from a photograph or model preview.

Name the handling questions

Discuss assembly, small parts, edges, printed surfaces, storage, display and shipping handoff when those topics are relevant to the project. Open questions should remain visible until the responsible reviewer confirms them.

Close with a shared review list

Before a project moves forward, keep one working reference for the product, one for the package and a short list of requested changes and unresolved items. This creates a traceable next step without presenting an unconfirmed quality result.
