Product support and email follow-up

Support questions are processed by the local website knowledge service and, when configured, a local AI model. Chat text stays in the current page session; do not include credentials or confidential information. The assistant selects site references and cannot confirm commercial or production terms.

Submitting a requirement requires explicit consent. Name, email, requirement and page context are saved in a private server-side outbox and a notification is queued to all three sales contacts: rosaline@charmercrafts.com, suki@charmercrafts.com and jessica@charmercrafts.com. Conversation text is included only if you opt in. SMTP acceptance does not prove delivery to an inbox. Pending delivery may require operator review. Retention and production operations still require business approval.

Information requested

The form asks for company name, contact name, business email, country or region, project description, intended use and an optional estimated quantity. It also allows a buyer to describe a theme, artwork or design direction.

Why the form asks for it

These fields provide context for a project review and allow a follow-up about the submitted request. A model reference added from the site is inserted into the existing artwork-description text; it is not sent as a file attachment.

Consent and analytics

The required checkbox records that the visitor agrees to the privacy notice and permits follow-up on the inquiry. The optional checkbox represents anonymous first-party analytics consent. The form can be used without selecting the optional analytics checkbox.

Current preview limitations

This local implementation forwards the form to the configured project-brief service when that service is available and shows an error when it is not. The public preview does not establish a retention promise, legal identity, data-subject request workflow or attachment-handling policy. Do not submit credentials, confidential commercial terms or files through this preview form.
