Our production workflow

This is our general production workflow. The steps and arrangements can be adjusted to customer requirements and the specific project.

Commercial basics

Custom samples are typically completed in 7–10 working days after the file is confirmed. Sample pricing is usually US$100–200 per design plus shipping, depending on complexity.

  • MOQ: 1,000 units per jigsaw-puzzle design; 3,000 units per 3D-puzzle design.
  • Shipping: express, air, sea or railway.
  • Payment: T/T in USD or RMB.
  • Delivery terms: EXW, FOB, C&F or CIF.
  • Stock items have EN71, ASTM and CE certificates; certificates for your own design and company name can be applied for under entrustment.

Start with your requirements

Share your requirements in advance. Our team will assess whether the project can be undertaken, then confirm the feasible scope and details with you. Sampling arrangements, inspection plans and product specifications are agreed per project; submitting a request is not a production commitment.
